The act of sale will be accomplished between you as the customer and Vision 80 SL (“Wooden.ly"), based in Barcelona, Spain, Carrer Sepulveda 136, 5-1 08015 . Company ID B66204595 .

By accepting our general Terms and Conditions you agree to the standard business conditions and consent to a lawfully binding declaration of intent to purchase the ordered product.


Payments


*Money transfers within the EU are to be made to the following account:

*Credit card payments managed safely by PayPal or 2Checkout gateway, as well as the PayPal payments
The product remains the property of “Wooden.ly” until the customer has paid the purchase sum in its entirety.

Prices


The prices are always specified in the article description. The purchase price stated on the website shows a price which does not include possible taxes. Particularly with regard to statutory value-added tax (VAT), this is  applied only for purchases delivered to Spain.
Cost of shipping and handling is not included in the purchase price and must be paid by the customer, unless clearly stated during the online purchase process.
International deliveries: In individual cases, further particulars (e.g. duties) from customs may occur and must be paid by the customer.
All prices in are stated in € EURO. 
The price displayed on the day of purchase is part of your order confirmation and will not be altered by later fluctuations of the conversion rate. The amount on your bank statement though might differ from the invoiced amount, due to later changes of the conversion rate.
 

Returns


Returns on items purchased directly from Wooden.ly online shop are eligible for returns within 30 days from the date of shipment. Proof of purchase and original packaging are required for eligibility. Returned items must be in new condition with no signs of use. Please include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation with "Return" or "Exchange" written on it.  For inquiries regarding an exchange, please contact hello@wooden.ly (Note: Exchanges are accepted for equal or lesser value of original purchase).

No authorization needed for returns as long as it is within 30 days of shipment. Once received, your new exchange will ship within 2-3 weeks OR you will be issued a refund including a confirmation email of the cancellation of your order.

The parcel of the returned item should be labeled as "return goods" in order to release them from the customs, in case any customs fees are supposed for the returned good they will be charged on refund to customer.
Any product with visible wear and tear will not be refunded. In this case the customer has to pay compensation.
In case of refund, Wooden.ly refunds the entire purchase price, Wooden.ly doesn't refund the returning shipping costs.


Warranty


Only some of the wood sunglasses are covered by warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, as stated in each item’s description. Wooden.ly is an online retailer, and the right to reserve and determine manufacturing defects is up to each producer. Producers/Brands require proof of purchase from retailer (ex. invoice from Wooden.ly) to qualify products as warrantable. If a product is deemed defective, the producer / brand, who offers warranty on its products, will repair or replace the item at no cost to you. If a product is not considered to be defective (scratched lenses are not considered defective), the producer/brand will repair the item at a reasonable charge.
